Showdown time!

Sunday 8:30 pm is “showdown time”! The soccer World Cup is the world’s biggest sporting event; being watched by an estimated 3 billion people and there has to be ONE WINNER! What pressure! Life is a gift from the Lord, let us live it to the full, aware that He is lovingly watching and encouraging us to go for heavens gold. We can all be winners when we live for His pleasure and one day hear those words “well done my good and faithful servant”. I would rather have His loving eye on me than 3 billion critical eyes. I would rather go for His gold that lasts forever and not just for 4 years. Let’s daily run onto life’s field, living for Him and He will help you through all the pressure times of life.
